19.1 RMS I/O to Magnetic Tape
  BASIC supports I/O to ANSI-formatted magnetic tapes.
  When performing I/O to ANSI-formatted magnetic tapes,
  you can read or write to only one file on a magnetic tape at a
  time, and the files are not available to other users. ANSI tape
  files are RMS sequential files.
